By engaging Jeanette Bacon Photography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Copyright:
- The copyright of all images captured by Jeanette Bacon Photography is owned by Jeanette Bacon Photography.

Display:
- Clients allow Jeanette Bacon Photography to display any photographs covered by this contract for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, brochures, websites, and sample albums.
- Clients allow Jeanette Bacon Photography to display any photographs covered by this contract for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, brochures, websites, and sample albums.
Creative License, Coverage, and Reproduction:
- Photographs taken during the event/session are at the discretion of Jeanette Bacon Photography. Efforts will be made to comply with the client’s requests.
- Special requests are not binding instructions. Jeanette Bacon Photography will do their best to honor requested photographs, but specific guarantees cannot be made.
- Jeanette Bacon Photography is not responsible for any obstructed views due to restrictions or limitations imposed by venues, photoshoot participants or guests.
- Color variations may occur due to lighting conditions and digital sensors.
- Jeanette Bacon Photography is not liable for photographs not produced due to technical failure.
Payment:
- A non-refundable booking fee, equal to 50% of the selected package, confirms your booking and acceptance of these terms.
- The remaining balance is due one week before the scheduled photo shoot or event.
- Additional goods must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
Force Majeure:
- In the event of cancellation by Jeanette Bacon Photography, liability is limited to a full refund of any fees paid.
- Every effort will be made to provide an alternative photographer in case of unforeseen circumstances preventing Jeanette Bacon Photography from attending the event.
Digital Negative Files:
- All digital negatives remain the property of Jeanette Bacon Photography and will not be provided to clients under any circumstances.
- In the event of loss, damage, or destruction of digital negative files beyond the photographer’s control, liability is limited to a refund of the final balance owing.
On the Day:
- Jeanette Bacon Photography will be the sole professional photographer at the specified venues/photoshoot. However, guests are encouraged to take photographs.
- Photography coverage extends agreed upon in writing.
Personal Accident:
- Clients assume all risks associated with directions issued during a photographic shoot. Jeanette Bacon Photography is not liable for any personal accidents.

Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellation fees apply if less than four weeks’ notice is given. The booking fee becomes non-refundable if less than four weeks’ notice is provided.

Delivery:
- Digital files will be delivered as quickly as possible, typically within 4-6 weeks during busy periods.
These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between the client(s) and Jeanette Bacon Photography. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
